1. General Information
We strive to provide customers with the best after-sales service experience, providing customers with replacement, repair, return, refund services.
Generally, under normal use, all products have a 30-day refund/return validity period and a one-year warranty period (Excluding wearable parts such as indenters and springs, etc.).

2. Conditions
2.1 General Conditions
a. Before sending any returns, please contact our customer service firstly.
b. All items must be returned to us before they can be refunded or replaced.
c. Please thoroughly check any items you order from us upon receipt, as we will only accept products returned to us in original condition and suitable for resale, unless we have received prior notice about a defective product.
d. Unless the purchased item is defective or incorrect, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
2.2 What circumstances support the return and refund service?
a. The product has quality problems.
b. Problems caused by warehouse personnel during shipment, such as sending incorrect products or missing products.
c. The goods are seriously inconsistent with the description.
2.3 What circumstances do not support the return and refund service?
a. The wear caused by normal use. Wearable parts include indenters, springs, etc.
b. Damage to tools caused by misuse, beating or accident.
c. Products whose 30-days validity of return/ refund has expired.
3. Return
3.1 Validity of return: within 30 days after receiving the goods.
3.2 Please contact our customer service at: sales@jrready.com for replacement, return or repair issues before sending any returns. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

3.4 The shipping cost of the returned goods will be borne by you. Please use paid Express to send goods: Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc. No additional handling fee charged.
3.5 After we accept the return, you will get a full or partial refund in 3 working days.
4. Refund
4.1 Refund validity period: within 30 days after receiving the goods.
4.2 For returned products, refunds will only be made after we received the goods. We usually complete refund in 3 working days.
4.3 For orders which have no need to return, only need refund, we usually complete refund in 3 working days after refund request approved .
4.4 The refund will be returned to the original account.
4.5 According to the specific situation, a full or partial refund will be made in 3 working days.
a. Full Refund
For returned products which are okay for re-selling, you will get a full refund.
For products with obvious quality problems which can not use any more, you will get a full refund.
For a missing products during shipment, you can get a full refund.
(Usually, Shipping Cost will not refund)
b. Partial Refund
For defective products that not affect use, you will get a partial refund.
For incorrect products which you want to keep it, you will get a partial refund.
