Q: Are DMC crimp tools compatible with JRready positioners?
A: Yes, tools that comply with the same military standard can be used together.
Q: Is there any difference between your positioners with K prefix and P prefix?
A: These two types of positioners are identical when they share the same military standard part number.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping is currently unavailable to some remote or uncommon regions, including some parts of Africa, Russia, islands, and military bases.
Q: What shipping options and policies do you offer?
A: We offer express shipping through major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We also provide economical cross-border shipping options like SF Express and Yanwen Express.
Q: What’s your lead time for products?
A: For in-stock items, we typically ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. For DHL shipments, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days to the United States and 5–7 business days to Europe. You can check our Shipping page for more details.
