Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Areas

We ship from China and we ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping is currently unavailable to some remote or uncommon regions, including certain parts of Africa, Russia, some islands, and military bases.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, we provide tax-inclusive (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service, meaning customers will not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

For all other countries and regions, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
