Not every circuit belongs in a multi-pin housing. The DTHD series 1-pin connector is designed for single high-current connections — rated at 25A — where a dedicated, isolated run is needed for winches, motors, heavy lighting, or power feeds on trucks and marine vessels. At 250V AC/DC, it handles the voltage demands of both 12V and 24V system architectures without compromise.

The PE housing carries an IP67 waterproof rating and is rated for continuous operation from -55°C to +125°C — an extended low-temperature range that covers cold-climate and high-altitude deployments where standard connectors begin to harden and lose sealing integrity. Insulation resistance is rated at ≥1000MΩ, with dielectric strength tested at 1500V for 1 minute without breakdown.

[STAMPED CONTACTS WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT PLATING] 

The 12# stamped contacts in this kit are formed from phosphor bronze, chosen for its spring characteristics and long-term fatigue resistance under repeated mating. Full nickel plating covers the contact surface for oxidation resistance, while tin plating at the crimp tail ensures a reliable gas-tight termination on 12-14AWG (2.0–4.0mm²) wire — rated at 25A continuous current.

[CYLINDRICAL INLINE FORMAT — COMPACT AND ROUTE-FRIENDLY] 

The DTHD series uses a cylindrical inline housing format, making it straightforward to route through grommets, conduit, and tight harness runs where rectangular connectors don't fit cleanly. The locking tab on the receptacle engages positively on mating, keeping the connection secure against pull-out without requiring additional hardware.

These housings are manufactured to DTHD series mating dimensions and are fully compatible with same-specification connectors available on the market.
