[VIBRATION-PROOF DUAL WEDGELOCK RETENTION SYSTEM] 

The green wedgelock included with every set isn't just a dust cap — it's the second stage of a two-stage terminal retention system. Once contacts are crimped and inserted, the wedgelock slides in behind them and mechanically prevents terminal back-out under sustained vibration and mechanical stress. Both plug-side and socket-side wedgelocks are included as standard, ensuring every circuit position is fully secured.

[#16 STAMPED CONTACTS FOR RELIABLE FIELD TERMINATIONS] 

Each kit includes a matched pair of #16 contacts per circuit position — pin and socket — compatible with 14-20 AWG (2.0-0.5mm²) wire and rated at 13A / 250V. These contacts support both solid and stamped pin configurations, delivering stable conductivity across power, ground, and signal circuits in demanding wire-to-wire applications.
